Optional analytics help us understand which sections are useful, where the report is slow or broken, and whether visitors can request a Facility demo.

Your choice

No PostHog browser SDK, behavioral analytics or session recordings are loaded before you allow them. Accepting enables analytics and recordings with forms hidden. Choosing “Reject” leaves optional collection off. Leaving it open or continuing to browse does not count as acceptance. Use “Privacy preferences” at any time to change or withdraw your choice. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.

We store your preference locally for 180 days. When allowed, PostHog stores a pseudonymous browser identifier to connect visits and uses temporary session storage. Withdrawing permission stops further collection and clears this site's analytics persistence. It does not remove events already sent.

What we measure

Independently of your optional analytics choice, our server counts report requests and demo delivery outcomes to operate this service. These daily counters are sent to PostHog EU without visitor or session identifiers, IP addresses, browser details, exact occurrence times, URLs, form answers or CRM identifiers. All requests share one daily counter identity, so these statistics cannot show individual journeys or unique visitors. They use no browser analytics cookies, storage or fingerprinting. Hosting providers also process requests as necessary to deliver and protect the site.

Page visits, referral domains and campaign slugs, device and browser characteristics, reading progress and active time, links, walkthrough stages, performance and technical errors. For the demo form we measure field completion, validation categories, attempts and delivery outcomes. Role, team-size range and blocker are predefined categories; typed answers are excluded.

If you accept, PostHog records page interactions with inputs masked and forms blocked. Console logs, request bodies, headers, clipboard contents and canvas recordings are disabled. Query strings and fragments are removed from captured URLs. Recordings are hosted in PostHog's EU region.

Demo requests

Submitting the form sends your contact details and answers to our private TAM OS CRM so we can respond. It works even if you reject analytics. If analytics are allowed, a pseudonymous identifier connects the request to its analytics journey; contact details are not sent to PostHog. A server event confirms successful CRM delivery.

We collect your name, work email, company, role, engineering team-size range and selected blocker to prepare and respond to your demo request. Our team and service providers acting on our behalf process this information. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or enable optional analytics.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and restriction, portability or objection where applicable, by emailing privacy@theagilemonkeys.com. You can withdraw optional analytics consent through “Privacy preferences”. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
